We are now settled in Mooloolah at my sister and Al's place. It has a lake , a Kookaburra a Heron and lovely views. Internet connections very minimal so blogging very difficult. Hotspot magic has allowed me to get these few pics loaded.
Our chauffer car picked us up at home and we had such a good flight to Dubai after lunch in the business lounge. When the crew knew it was our first flight in business class for our 50th wedding anniversary they took a photo of us and signed it for us!!
All the way to Brisbane we were treated like royalty.
Now enjoying life in this tiny town and getting ready for my nephew's wedding on Friday.
I shall try to blog again soon.

We are in France with Neal and Carine near Frayssinet Le Gelat.
We have come for a working holiday to help Neal and Carine with their animals while they are away. Neal is volunteering in Toulouse at the Euro 2016 Football and Carine is going to Monaco for her god daughter Samantha's confirmation . We have started with a day of gardening in between the showers. The weather is not what was expected for June and it is wet and a bit chilly. Thursday job was hedge cutting and disposing of the debris.
We are going to borrow a trailer for the rubbish so on to the next job- cutting down an overgrown bush and making a flower bed.
Friday and rain has stopped garden work for the day and thunder is rumbling about.
Saturday and more rain but we have gone on a day trip to Dome. Bob and Neal have stayed to continue jobs and watch the grand prix. We had a bit of sun and a bit of rain and a nice lunch in Dome . Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordoigne Valley..
Sunday and we have taken time out from jobs to go for a walk along the Lot river bank. Lots of wild flowers and a coffee stop then back to work. The weather is getting better and the rain has stopped at last.

Despite the comings and goings of many grandchildren and their friends and Bob's repair work AND the constant gardening the little wren has persisted with nest building and is now feeding her chicks. She was NOT keen on being photographed so we have spent several days stalking each other. She creeps and crawls and climbs to get to and fro her nest . I spend hours stalking her to get a snap. These are the final results as I think the chicks are nearly ready to fly.
Checking her flight path
Ducking and diving
Caught out in the open
Hanging on by her feet
Balanced on the back of the garden chair
Out on the bird bath
Peering round the clematis
On the garden chair again
Sneaking up from the ground
Sneaking through the wisteria
Waiting in the rose bush
Waiting to dive down into the bushes
Nearly back to the nest under the black cover
Approaching her nest
I am a keen amateur photographer living in the heart of the West Midlands in the UK.
This is my personal blog which I use as a way of keeping my family and friends in touch with my various trips and projects.
My husband and I are keen walkers and also travel extensively both in the UK and abroad.
I'm sure there will be some interesting times to be shared in this respect.
Comments aren't allowed because as a busy Wife, Mum, and Granny I simply wouldn't have the time to moderate or reply to them.
I do hope you all enjoy these little snippets of our various forays.
