Due to poor internet connections it was difficult to blog at the time. Since coming home i have been on the move a lot. Now briefly at home for a short time, here are some more images from South Africa.

We were based in Durban a large city in Kwazulu-Natal.

Then we traveled to Huhluwe-Imfolzi Park area to a private game reserve which we made our base for a week.

Shopping for essential supplies for our trip to the bush tomorrow( mostly booze as you need to keep hydrated !!!!)

No more posts until we get back as the animals in the bush don't need WiFi!

Snow on the trees from a chair lift. Bob outside a very small mountain restaurant. A trusty St Bernard waiting to go on avalanche rescue. His kennel is a very big beer barrel.

Welcome to my Blog

I am a keen amateur photographer living in the heart of the West Midlands in the UK.

This is my personal blog which I use as a way of keeping my family and friends in touch with my various trips and projects.

My husband and I are keen walkers and also travel extensively both in the UK and abroad.

I'm sure there will be some interesting times to be shared in this respect.

Comments aren't allowed because as a busy Wife, Mum, and Granny I simply wouldn't have the time to moderate or reply to them.

I do hope you all enjoy these little snippets of our various forays.
